How-to book

If you do a task repeatedly or if it is likely that you will have to repeat your discovered method in the future, write your own manual.
As you write down your knowledge and practices, you will become more aware of them and have more opportunities to improve them. You will also have them available if you need them again after some time.

If necessary, the manual can also be available to other people. And so they can help with the tasks more easily.

Have someone else read the manual and follow the steps to see if the instructions can be understood. Correct the manual if it is incomprehensible or incomplete.

If the procedure changes, don't forget to change the written instructions too.
